The AI-Augmented Double Diamond Framework

In a previous research project, we developed the AI-Augmented Double Diamond model, which informs both our workflow design and our use of generative AI within the creative process. This framework is introduced in the workshops as a guiding structure — a conceptual handrail for understanding how we approach case studies, workshop activities, and related formats. It will be referenced consistently throughout the workshops.
